Payment Information

The following payment options are available to you:

• Payment in advance by bank transfer
• Payment via PayPal
• Cash on pickup
• Payment by invoice

Further payment details

Payment by invoice is only possible for authorities and companies.

If payment is made on invoice, the invoice amount must be paid within 14 days.

Shipping conditions

Delivery takes place domestically (Germany) and to the following countries: Belgium, Monaco, Bulgaria, Netherlands (except non-European areas), Denmark (except Faroe Islands, Greenland), Austria, Estonia, Poland, Finland (except Äland Islands), Portugal, France (except overseas territories and departments), Romania, Greece (except Mount Athos), Sweden, Great Britain (except Channel Islands), Slovakia, Ireland, Slovenia, Italy (except Livigno and Campione d'Italia), Spain (except Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla), Latvia, Czech Republic, Lithuania, Hungary, Luxembourg, Cyprus (except northern part), Malta and Switzerland.

No shipment will be made to the following foreign islands: Madagascar, Canary Islands, Ceuta, Melilla, Livigno and Campione d'Italia, Channel Islands, Faroe Islands, Greenland

We send with DHL and Deutsche Post.

For small shipments with a value of less than €30, we reserve the right to send them by letter or consignment.

These shipments have the advantage that they are usually delivered directly to your mailbox. Please note that you cannot track these online.

Delivery times

Unless another deadline is specified in the respective offer, the goods will be delivered domestically (Germany) within 3 - 5 days, for deliveries abroad within 5 - 7 days after the conclusion of the contract (if advance payment has been agreed, after the time of your payment instruction).

Please note that there is no delivery on Sundays and public holidays.

If you have ordered items with different delivery times, we will send the goods in one shipment, unless we have made different agreements with you. In this case, the delivery time is determined by the item with the longest delivery time that you ordered.

If you pick it up yourself, we will inform you by email about the availability of the goods and the pick-up options. In this case, no shipping costs will be charged.
